mistakes

This was a very difficult assignment.  At first when i was first taking photos i had a hard time taking bad photos.  i'm always trying to make nice photos and it was hard to totally switch gears.  So when i looked at the photos i took i noticed that i had many drafts of the "good" photo.  i noticed that all of these first draft photos were all terrible pictures so those were the ones that i 

used.

These are all of the photos that i put in my book.  In my book I tried to focus on using structures that created shapes with light and shadow.  In order for the shapes to stick out and be prevalent the i changes the photos to black and white.

Editing

This is my editing series.  for this assignment we had to go back into our library of pictures and choose photos that we had already took and edit them using either picmonkey or photoshop.  i used pic monkey for my editing.  for two of my pictures i just did a plain and simple edit.  i put filters on them and also experimented on them with other different things. for the others i basically took two photos and placed one on top of the other. i thought that this was a lot more fun and creative yet challenging.
